Where are you starting?

Three ways buyers come to us. Pick yours.

A new farm, an existing farm that is not performing, or a list of equipment to buy. Each starts with a different conversation, so each has its own path.

Build a farm from an empty site

Layout, tanks, treatment loop, oxygen, controls, install and biological start-up, under one contract.
New farm

Fix the farm you already run

We survey what works, keep what can stay, and switch the farm over in phases so production does not stop.
Upgrade

Buy single units or a full set

Drum filters, skimmers, MBBR, oxygen, UV and tanks from our factory, sized against your flow and feed.
Equipment only
How it works

From an agreed layout to a packed system in 35 days.

Fixed milestones, so you can plan permits, civil works and fingerlings around a real date.

DAY 0

Send your data

Species, target output, site size, water source and climate. A sketch or drawing helps but is not required.

3 DAYS

Layout and proposal

A first layout, equipment list and flow balance. If your drawing has a sizing problem, we tell you here.

15 DAYS

Standard units ship

Standard equipment leaves the factory. A sample unit for OEM or distributor orders takes 7 days.

35 DAYS

Custom system packed

A custom system is built, tested and packed for shipping. Install and commissioning follow on site.

Equipment

Every stage of the water loop, from one supplier.

Water leaves the tank carrying solids, ammonia and CO₂, and short of oxygen. Each stage removes one problem. When one supplier sizes all of them, the stages match.

Close-up of a drum filter micro-screen mesh

Remove solids before they dissolve

Drum filters catch feed and faeces in the first minutes, before they break down into ammonia and load the biofilter.

Protein skimmers outside a RAS facility

Strip what the screen lets through

Protein skimmers lift fine particles and dissolved organics out as foam. Essential in marine and shrimp systems, useful in dense freshwater ones.

MBBR biofilter tank filled with moving bed media

Turn ammonia into nitrate

MBBR biofilters carry the bacteria that keep fish alive. Their size follows feed load, not tank volume, which is where most designs go wrong.

Degassing tower beside indoor RAS fish tanks

Push CO₂ out, put oxygen in

Dense tanks run short of oxygen and build up CO₂. Degassing towers vent the CO₂, then PSA oxygen and oxygen cones dissolve pure oxygen back in.

UV sterilizer chamber with lamps glowing inside

Keep pathogens from circulating

In a closed loop, one infected tank can reach every tank. UV and ozone treat the water before it returns.

Round RAS culture tank with clear circulating water

Tanks that clean themselves

Round tanks with a centre drain move solids to the outlet on their own. The tank shape decides how hard every filter after it has to work.

Applications

Designed around the animal, not a catalogue.

Temperature, stocking density, salinity and feed rate change every number in the design. We start from your species.

Freshwater fish

12 delivered projects — tilapia, largemouth bass, mandarin fish, perch and grass carp grow-out.

Hands holding freshly harvested shrimp

Shrimp

2 delivered projects — indoor shrimp systems for seawater, brackish or low-salinity water.

Juvenile fish swimming in a hatchery tank

Hatchery & nursery

Eel nursery delivered — small tanks, tight water quality and stable temperature for young stock.

Marine & cold water

Engineering basis — seawater materials, chillers, insulation and condensation control.

Projects

Built, filled and running.

Every case shows the site constraint, the configuration we chose and why. Nothing is a render.

52 tanks, six parallel trains, one cold winter

What does a RAS cost?

Price follows six numbers. Send them and get a budget.

Two farms with the same tank volume can differ widely in cost. These inputs decide where yours lands.

Why RASTANK

One supplier answers for the whole loop.

When the drum filter, biofilter and oxygen come from different suppliers, nobody owns the flow balance. We do.

Own factory

12,000 m² in Boluo, Huizhou.

Built, not traded

Tanks, filters, skimmers, MBBR, degassing and UV are made in-house. Pumps, valves and instruments are sourced and tested with them.
Manufacturing & testing

Sizing review

We check your design before we quote.

Fix it on paper

Peak flow, feed load, materials and standby units are checked first. A wrong size costs nothing to fix on a drawing.
Design & feasibility

Fixed lead times

Dates you can plan on

A first layout in 3 days, samples in 7, standard units in 15, a custom system packed in 35.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

Not answered here? Ask an engineer directly.

Yes. The first layout, equipment list and flow balance are free. Detailed engineering drawings are charged, and the fee is credited against the equipment order.

Species, target annual output, site size, water source and local climate. A sketch of the building or existing tanks speeds things up.

A first layout in 3 days, sample units in 7 days, standard equipment in 15 days, and a custom system packed in 35 days.

Usually. We survey the tanks, drains and pipework, keep what performs, and rebuild the treatment loop around them. The Riyadh project kept all 25 tanks.

Yes. Our engineers install and commission on site, and stay through biological start-up. Remote video support is also available.

Yes. We supply OEM units with neutral packing or your logo, in 220, 380 or 110 V, from a minimum order of one unit.
